Regulatory changes

The zoning of a lot is always defined by a regulation specifying some restrictions:

  • The appropriate use that can be made of the lots;
  • The location of the buildings and other constructions;
  • The maximum size for the buildings;
  • The given function for the buildings.

Occasionally, amendments must be made to the zoning regulation, as when the current zoning precludes the projected use of a lot. Our team will support you through the process of requesting a zoning change.
