The estimated emission rates are used to confirm that the plant&#8217;s emissions comply with the ambient air concentration limits set out in Table 3.01 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/cmm.qc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/2001-10_Rejets_atmosphere.pdf\">CMM By-law 2001-10 on atmospheric discharges<\/a>.
